While you Upgrading your Exchange Server 2003 to Exchange server 2010 you neeed to Move “E-mail Address Policies” also.

the spesified e-mail address policy couldn't be edited

For the  moving E-mail Address Policies, you should run thesee script,

Get-EmailAddressPolicy | where {$_.RecipientFilterType –eq “Legacy”} |Set-EmailAddressPolicy –IncludedRecipients AllRecipients

If you don’t have any problem in your Organization, The policy should be Moved and converted.

If not, you will get the following errors;

These is know problem on Exchange 2003 site. Problem is old attributes on Organization’s Default Policy.

For the fix this issue,

Open ADSIEDIT. MSC
